Kesi is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and an attending physician in the Division of Neonatology at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She went to college and medical school at Yale University. She completed her pediatrics residency and neonatology fellowship training at CHOP. Kesi’s academic focus is in medical education for trainees, with a special interest in neonatal simulation. Her fellow research project focused on the performance of ventilation corrective steps (“MRSOPA”) in the delivery room resuscitation of preterm infants. As an attending, she is developing an initiative to use delivery room video recording as an educational tool for neonatal trainees.
